THE COMPANY
The company was incorporated in Malaysia with the registrar of companies in 1980 under registration No. 55171-V. The major line of business is building and repairing of marine vessels, buildings construction, iron works and supplier & services of hard wares, marine machineries, equipments and spare parts.
A STATE OF THE ART YARD
The yard and facilities has been designed for optimum efficiency and versatility with its steel fabrication / assembly shops equipped with overhead cranes and modern fabrication equipments and other vital service facilities to cater the ever-increasing demand.
Its investment in the modern technology has allowed it to make major inroads into ship repair and construction. One such technological advancement and versatile system is the construction of the two slipways.
There are two (2) slipways situated within the subject lands which are constructed of solid concrete foundation and steel reinforcement. The rails are of billian timber and metal beams.
Slipway I - has a total length of about 420 feet, a width of about 68 feet and a supporting weight
of about 1,200 tonnes of flat bottom vessels such as Dumb Barges, Palm Oil Barges, Landing Crafts, Cargo & Oil Tankers where as the hydraulic pulling system by a diesel engine of about 165 hp, mounted on concrete foundation.The system is equipped with 25 tonnes hydraulic double drums line winch.
SLIPWAY NO. 2 - has a total length of about 540 feet, a width of about 30 feet and a supporting weight of about 250 tonnes, of V-Shape vessels such as Tug-Boats, Patrol Pilot Boats, Fishing Boats, Fuel Oil Storage Boats. The hydraulic pulling system is by a diesel engine of about 120 hp. mounted on concrete foundation. It is equipped with four (4) transfer cradles build alongside, two (2) are built on Slipway II. The transfer cradles are used for repairing Tug-Boats weighing 100 tonnes and below. The system are equipped with 25 tonnes hydraulic double drums line winch.
Fabrication Concrete Area
An Open Shaded Area measuring 90ft x 120ft for Marking of Plans, fabrication of Brackets, Girders, Stiffeners, Bulkheads, Frames, Diagonals, Stanchions and Supports for New Construction.
